An update on Maica’s Support at Home changes, outlining current delays due to API limitations and our ongoing work with Services Australia to move forward.

We wanted to provide you with an update on the Support at Home changes and how they are progressing within our platform.

Initially, we communicated that these updates would be ready by Q1. However, since then, key industry developments have impacted our timeline. Specifically, the API solution required for integration was only announced at the end of January—something that we weren't able to foresee in our original timeline.

So what’s been happening? Since that announcement, our team has been working tirelessly on the technical solution and system architecture. However, there are still gaps in the API documentation, and we currently do not have access to a test environment. This means we can only move forward with the tools provided by Services Australia at this stage.

We are actively engaged in regular webinars with Services Australia to stay informed and ensure we are making progress as efficiently as possible. We understand that many software vendors and providers share similar concerns about the timelines and available resources, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this together.

We will continue to keep you updated as new information becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
